For The Love (FTL) is a creative collective, founded by Ashwin van Vugt-Murli, Daryl Fransz and Elise Demuynck.

We’re three independent Creative Directors that, even though we really tried, never fit the mould. Not when we worked at brands and agencies nor when we ran our own agency (MIX, † 2020-2023).

Playing by industry rules is not for us. So we’re starting over.

We’re taking everything we’ve learned the past decades and are pouring it into a collective effort to A) bring back distinctive, gutpunching, benchmark busting creativity and B) do it in a way that makes sense from a business perspective.

Lose the overhead, keep the talent.

We pour our hearts and sink our teeth into work that’s brave, weird, smart, sticky and useful. Work that takes your brand beyond a brand book and some moodboards. Work that makes your competitors send screenshots in their Slack-channels.

TL;DR, what the hell is this?
FTL is a creative collective founded by three independent creatives that were part of the small group that built MIX († 2020-2023), once the best small creative agency in the Netherlands. We do the thing agencies and design studios do, without the underwhelming work and overwhelming billing. Just to be clear; we are not an agency. We are freelance creatives that you can hire individually or combined. We advise the latter. That’s where the real magic happens.
Who are you people?
Elise Demuynck, Creative Director (Art). Loves art, behavioral design, koffiekoeken and anything blue.
 
Ashwin van Vugt - Murli, Creative- and Design Director. Loves his wife, design, music and fine dining. But mostly his wife.
 
Daryl Fransz, Creative Director (Copy). Loves ideas, simplicity, his son and hitting golf balls.
What do you sell?
In short; creativity and execution that solves your (business) problems. From one of us, or all of us. Available for brands and agencies. In long; strategy, ideas, copywriting, art direction, design, advertising, content, creative direction, behavioral design, brand positioning, (visual) identities, product design, and last but not least, a fresh perspective.
Do I always have to book the three of you?
Nope. You can hire us individually. We all have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the creative industry and are able to create and execute ideas from start to finish. That being said, we strongly advise you to hire at least two, ideally three of us. With a combination of our backgrounds, life experiences and interests, that's where the real magic happens.
What if I need more than creativity?
We believe you can only be great at something if you truly love it. Sometimes our creativity brings us to a place outside of our capabilities. Like media buying, or production for instance. Luckily we have partners that love those things even more. Allowing us to solve every problem from the heart. Some names? Sure.
